In honor of World Tai Chi Day on Saturday April 25, join us from 10am - 12 noon at the Framingham Common in Framingham, MA. 
Experience a free morning of Tai Chi and Qi Gong practice and see demonstrations.

  1. These things require external strength - that is, muscles, fascia, and rubber bones. You know - vigorous youth! Internal strength, however, can be cultivated by centenarians, and can help young athletes maintain their ability to leap taller buildings and take punches from Bluto.
