Based on Research from my book "True Brain Fitness", here's a list of Brain Aging signs - conditions that are increasing in frequency and duration:
- Brain fog, or confusion
- Memory problems, especially short term memory
- Speech problems
- Clumsy (lack of body control),
- Calling wrong name
- Apprehension and lack of motivation
- Long time neck problem, upper back problem
- Vertigo, dizzy, light headed
- Stubborn, or uncooperative behavior
- Emotional instability, depression, anxiety
- Difficulty adapting to new social conditions
